Neutralizing effect of #54359 is shown by ELISA analysis of extracts of serum-starved A549 cells that were pre-incubated with either vehicle control or treated with #54359, then left unstimulated (red) or stimulated with hEGF #8916 (blue), using ELISA kit #7911.
